Synopsis - Eaten Alive
The movie Eaten Alive tells the story of Judd, an old psychotic redneck from a small town, owner of a decrepit hotel, whose main hobby is feeding his African crocodile with the hotel guests. The story of this movie like was loosely based on a true story, the story of Joe Ball, a Texan who owned a bar and had a crocodile as a tourist attraction, at that time several murders of women occurred and Joe Ball and his crocodile were charged but it never proved that they were actually guilty of the murders. The movie received various alternate titles in different regions, including Death Trap in the UK, Horror Hotel, Horror Hotel Massacre, Legend of the Bayou, Murder on the Bayou, Le crocodile de la mort in France and Starlight Slaughter Director: Tobe Hooper Writers: Alvin L.
